At Klone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fasten it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
